Wondering what to do with those packages of lamb neck? This is a must do! You’ll be wishing you had more in the freezer! I used both lamb neck and lamb shanks, substituted the canned tomatoes for a jar of tomato sauce as it’s what I had on hand and I at least doubled the carrots, celery and onions just ‘cause.
